Our contract is simple
It protects you and us. It is straight forward about what is expected. Power and setup instructions, a four foot table and access to a standard power source (wall outlet or a extension cord) at least twenty-five feet away. If the event is held outside covering that will protect the equipment and operator from rain, direct sunlight will also need to be provided.

Insurance requirements only need to be provided for you or your or guests. Our personnel are covered by our own policy. There had been some confusion in that regard in the past so I am only stating the obvious in the contract.

We assume no liability to the welfare of anyone dancing. We assume they are healthy and can engage in the set activities. This is obvious to most people however it is necessary for me to feel everyone understands.

We take great care in seeing that your guests enjoy themselves and have fulfillment in their enjoyment.
