Over the past 20 years, we have
performed at over 2,000 events, including wedding ceremonies & receptions,
corporate events, school dances & proms, sweet 16 parties, class
reunions, anniversaries, birthdays, bar/bat mitzvahs and night clubs. Our Goal Fun Disc Jockey's primary goal is to be the leader in CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, constantly improving our service and expanding to meet the needs of our clients and staff. Our overall goal is to contribute to the complete entertainment needs of all people through professionalism, service and genuine concern for the best interests of our clients. Fun Disc JockeysFun Disc Jockey uses a premier staff of 5 Disc Jockeys (or Party Hosts). Each Party Host is experienced at interacting with you and your guests, tastefully involving everyone in the fun, without ever taking the focus off of YOU and the occasion itself! Our Party Hosts come dressed for the occasion; usually in a tuxedo for formal events, or some other type attire specified by the clients themed party (i.e., beach party, 50's/60's party, etc.). Our office staff works closely with each disc jockey and can aid you in the DJ selection that will best match your needs and personality. Our DJs follow our company philosophy of COMPLETE CLIENT SATISFACTION. Music Each DJ brings a wide variety of music styles for all age groups to enjoy. Extensive selections of the hottest hits of Top 40, Dance, 50's/60's Classics, R&B, Country, Rock, Alternative, Swing, Big Band, Novelty Dances... Some of our most requested and often played songs can be found on our Song list. But of course, we know you may have your own favorites as well. And your requests are always welcome!Can't find the right song? There are suggestions for all types of functions on our song lists and Fun Disc Jockey staff is available to help plan the musical details for your wedding ceremony, reception, theme party, or any event where dance music is the entertainment of choice. Not to mention you can browse our music library anytime. |
Equipment Each of our sound systems is a professionally designed, visually attractive display with all of the components necessary for exceptional sound quality. Each sound system is run through a series of tests by our Equipment Manager prior to the weekend's performances. In addition to a mixing board, speakers, and amplifier, our systems contain a handheld wireless microphone, A custom built to professional specifications computerized sound system. We use state-of-the-art equipment to provide our clients with the best in audio, performance and dependability for their event. We are the first major entertainment company in the region to use a computerized DJ system. Making us the first to perfect it. This system allows the DJ to access 500,000 song titles instantly. |
Set-Up Information We customize a sound system for your particular event depending upon the number of guests and the size & characteristics of the room. The console, disc jockey area, and music collection require about a ten foot square area. The client must arrange for one, 6' table and have them placed in the performance area and decorated accordingly prior to the DJ arrival time. We need 2 standard household outlets with electrical current which is 110 volts AC and the outlet must be within 20' of the DJ table. On the day of the event, the disc jockey will arrive approximately one hour before the scheduled start time. The system is set up and tested, then the disc jockey changes into appropriate attire and begins final preparations prior to your guests' arrival. |
Bookings All bookings made with Fun Disc Jockey are guaranteed and confirmed with a signed contract. Our contracts are simply written with basic information including who, what where, when, why and how much. We do not charge you for set-up or removal of the equipment. (Unless more man power is required to lift up flights of steps, and with no elevator.) Along with a signed contract, a down payment of up to 50% is required to reserve the DJ. All down payments are non-refundable. Except other wise stated in the contract. |
